In order to make the piano lessons as comfortable as possible, I ask you to respect the following rules:

Tryout Lesson

​

The tryout lessons aim is to get to know each other and is only possible, if there are vacancies. It is not binding, starting regular lessons presupposes mutual consentment. After booking a semester ticket or 10 lessons the price of the tryout lesson will be refunded.

Semester Ticket

​

The semester ticket includes 18 lessons during the scholar semester (jan-feb and feb-june). On holidays there are no lessons, that´s why only 18 lessons are included. The semester ticket guarantees you a regular, fixed time per week. Therefore, if you do not show up for your lesson, it cannot be refunded. If you tell me enough in advance (at least 48h), we can try to arrange a replacement time, but this cannot be guaranteed and is based only on good will and avalabilities.

If I cannot hold a lesson, we will try to find a replacement time, if no repleacement time can be found, the lesson will be credited or refunded. Please note that the teacher has the right to cancel 1-2 lessons per semester due to illnes, withouth beeing obliged to refund the lessons. Every cancellation from the side of the teacher due to illness that exceeds this amount will be credited or refunded.

10 Lessons

If you buy 10 lessons, they will be valid for a whole year. In this period, we arrange our lessons due to our availabilities. After buying 10 lessons, they cannot be refunded, but transferred to another person. Please note to inform me if you cannot show up at least 48h in advance, otherwise your lesson cannot be refunded.

Semester Concert

​

Once a semester you have to possibilty to participate in one of our popular semester concerts. Participation is voluntary. Please note, that by participating you also agree that pictures/videos of the concert will be published on our site or on social media for advertising.
